Hiro is a mysterious young man who sees pokemon breeding more important than anything else. In battle he has shown himself to have a calm, collected manner, analyzing his opponent's moves and properly choosing how to counter them. He is shown to keep this demeanor until he begins winning by a large margin. He is then shown to become rather cocky, even going so far as to taunt and belittle his opponents. Hiro is also laid-back and anything but solemn,also a carefree guy, who's personality seems to attract many.Appearance:
Toto has a habit of biting anything he see. Toto also has a genuine playfulness, he is always ready for a good laugh. There is a tough side to Toto though, as he can quickly react to difficult situations in a battle and bounce back with boosts of his water-type moves. Toto is friendly to Pokemon he considers friends.

When Hiro was born in Ecruteak City but when he was 3 years old his parents sent him to live with his his grand parents at their pokemon day care on rout 34 near Goldenrod City, when his grandparents went into the town they would leave him at a daycare where he met a kid named Loki they were best friends, Hiro's father would always appear on His birthdays and on holidays and on his 8th birthday his father told him that he was now going to live with him on their pokemon ranch where he would learn about pokemon breeding and so Hiro moved back in with his dad to the pokemon ranch and grew up around alot of pokemon on the ranch that his father ran since he was a pokemon breeder.
Hiro never lost contact with loki and would alway visit on his birthday but would go back to Johto where he spent most of his time playing with the pokemons there but his favorite pokemon to play with was Totodile. When Hiro turned 10 he started to learn from his father what breeders do and why they are needed in the world Hiro studied hard for his dream was to be a pokemon breeder and be surrounded by pokemon.
When Hiro turned 15 Team Rocket took over the world and replaced the old pokemon League and replaced it with their own dark League, team rocket also wanted 25% of the pokemons they would breed and 35% of their profit, Unfortunatly Hiro's famliy agreed with the terms of the new world leader, and by agreeing Team Rocket gave them a all the licenses so they could breed pokemon, so he studied pokemon breeding until his 18th birthday.
On Hiro's 18th birthday Hiro's father went to the nearest Team Rocket HQ and bought a pokemon training and breeding license for Hiro, and when he got home he gave Hiro a pokemon licenses and a pokeball with a pokemon in it when Hiro threw the pokeball his childhood friend Totodile emerged from the pokeball it was a great birthday for Hiro he had already learned all there was to breeding but what he lacked was pokemon training so his father gave him to Totodile and told Hiro to Return home once he had all the badges starting in Johto then to Kanto, Hoenn, Unova, Kalos, and Sinnoh and to conquer Battle Frontier or the Elite Four. And so Hiro set out on his Journey to conquer them all and to learn more about the diffrent types of pokemon.
