Lenora is a cold and calculating woman with a sense of honor. This gets her looked down upon in Team Rocket, as she believes that Pokemon are tools in the hands of a master. Any tool needs to be taken care of in her craft. She has a teacher mentality and is not afraid to take others under her wing in order to teach them how to rule the world properly.

Unlike most grunts, she is smart and takes a strategic approach. Priding on using any means necessary, she is not above using kindness and diplomacy to get what she wants. As a secret talent, she is an excellent chef, attaining the highest marks in Home Ec. Class that Pokemon Tech had ever seen. She could easily masquerade as a chef or use it to bribe trainers to doing dirty work for her.

Sneasel, on the other hand, is a sarcastic fiend with a great loyalty to "Lenny". Always willing to get into trouble and prank someone, Sneasel has a passion for coffee and fine dining that her trainer has a secret knack for.

Appearance:

If one more person ever comes up to her and tells her "has anyone ever told you that you look like Sabrina" she will smack them upside the head. This is one of the few things that will make her lose her cool nature in a heartbeat. She looks like a taller and more mature version of Sabrina and has often thought of cutting her hair... still, her large chest line quickly makes the lines drawn, as well as her dark brown eyes as opposed to Sabrina's brown.

Pokemon Attacks:

Rain Dance (water)- All of Lenora's Pokemon are raised to be a strategic battler, and Rain Dance has more than just a boost to water, as well as a guaranteed hit with Thunder. With an Ice Pokemon such as Sneasel, she likes to make surfaces an ice-skating rink of destruction!

Icy Wind (Ice)- A multi-purpose attack, it damages and slows down opponents, often used in conjunction with Rain Dance.

Shadow Ball (Ghost)- A coup de gras technique which has a chance of lowering defenses to special attacks. It doesn't have the wide spread of Icy Wind, but in a battle where time is a factor, Sneasel whittles away to more damage with her other attacks.

Agility- As if Sneasel's speed wasn't already one of her greatest strengths, she can go even faster if needed! It is often used as a defensive technique to run like heck.

Pokemon Abilities:

Inner Focus- If you can hit her... nothing will flinch her.

History/Background:

As a child, she idolized Giovanni as a gym leader. Her father would take her to the gym when great trainers would go up against him and she wanted nothing in the world than to be like him. As a professor who knew Giovanni's family from his old college years, Professor Usher raised her like this on purpose... to have her grow up in her father's footsteps as a lead executive in one of the various departments of Team Rocket. Lenora's mother was a paper pusher in the organization, and would rather spend time tutoring her daughter than commit crime. She was even a considerate woman who was merely a part of the Team as a job. It was decided that, at age ten, she would attend the Pokemon Tech in Kanto in order to gain valuable knowledge in Pokemon to aid Team Rocket.

Though not the best in her class, she still ended up being the head of the Literary and Chess club, an elegant creature of malevolence. She was popular because she didn't join any of the cliques, and did a very good job at fending off bullies with her Sneasel. Sadly, at age 16, the lab holding Mewtwo exploded, killing her father in the process. Though he was one of the few with an insurance plan, her mother found herself in a compromising position with her lifestyle. Deciding that her daughter's education would get them back to the top, she sacrificed their near-mansion house to live in the Team Rocket barracks so that Lenora could finish Pokemon Tech.

Upon her graduation, her dream of meeting Giovanni face to face was a dream come true as he personally gave her a uniform. She was in, and the world had to prepare for trouble. School and field jobs, however, were two different worlds. While she was no fool, her inexperience was not welcome by higher ups. After a couple of botches, she was relegated to raising Pokemon for other people's use. She learned how to be firm yet fair to Pokemon, making them very obedient. After a few years of this, she took the field again with superior results. Her strategies on the field with the intimate strengths of Pokemon gained her a lot of respect over time.

Having been on the front lines during Giovanni's moment of glory, she was given access to her father's last mission records, and found that Mewtwo was the product of her father's hard work. Immediately she felt a bond with the powerful Pokemon, and passionately serves Giovanni as a leader and master... hoping that one day she will learn more about the great Pokemon created by man's desire to conquer.

Recently promoted to Executive as gratitude to her departed father's work in so deeply assisting with Mewtwo's creation, she has a slight following in Team Rocket for those who are less inclined to use crueler methods against their Pokemon. None the less, she is a ruthless woman who goes by the rules of "punishment by education" for both her subordinates and her Pokemon. Cruelty to those outside Team Rocket is more than fair game. Her methods of "taking care of your tools" have produced enough results to pardon her philosophy. Her success rate in raising powerful Pokemon without genetic engineering is without peer in the organization, and it doesn't matter how it gets done, so long as it gets done.
