So basically this is how the leveling system works. Every 5 posts you will gain one level increasing your level, health, attack, defense etc...
If your pokemon has two more leveling stages it will evolve at level 16 and then 36. Ex you have a Charmander it will evolve into a Charmeleon at level 16, and then into a Charizard at level 36
If your pokemon has one more leveling stage it will evolve at level 30. Ex you an Eevee it will evolve into an Umbreon, Espeon, Glaceon, or Leafeon at level 30.
If your pokemon needs a stone to level up just go buy one at the pokemart and use it on it the level doesn't matter.
If your pokemon has two stages, but the final stage needs a stone you will need to get to level 20 so it can level up and then use a stone on it for its final stage. Ex. you have a male Nidoran it will evolve into a Nidorino at level 20 then you will need to buy a moonstone to get it to evolve into a Nidoking.
If your pokemon just needs a stone to evolve just go to the pokemart to buy the stone and use it to evolve it.
Also if you have more then one pokemon who evolves at the same level just use them until you gain one more level so that they can evolve. Easy right?
